Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan may visit Pakistan next week as a special invitee.
Hrithik and Fardeen Khan are among several Bollywood actors who will attend the premiere in Pakistan next week of a movie about the Taj Mahal, a newspaper reported Wednesday.
Filmmaker Akbar Khan said his movie Taj Mahal will be shown in Lahore on April 26.
Khan told the newspaper that Ministers of Culture from both India and Pakistan would be among the special invitees.
The Bollywood epic is about the 19-year marriage of Shah Jahan and his wife Mumtaz, who died from complications arising from the birth of their 14th child. The movie also tells the tale of the Mogul empire.
While the movie dwells on the famous 17th-century marble mausoleum, located in Agra, it also depicts the rivalry for the Mogul throne.
Khan said he hoped to arrange a special screening for Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf. ``We might have a special screening for the president, but we are awaiting confirmation on that that because they have to consider his security.''
The movie will also be shown April 27 in Karachi, Pakistan.
