Letting bygones be bygones, Karan Johar and Kareena Kapoor have decided to settle their past differences and work together again.
It has been almost three years when Karan and Kareena parted ways during the making of Dharma Productions’ movie Kal Ho Na Ho . Kareena, who was originally supposed to act in the film, walked out of the project and was swiftly replaced with Preity Zinta .
Over the years, while Karan and Kareena continued to be friends, they never worked together in a Bollywood project. But that has changed now, as the two have decided to put their professional differences behind.
It is learnt that Karan has signed Kareena for his next production venture to be directed by Soham, who directed Kaal for Dharma Productions.
The film will have a number of actors of which Kareena only has been confirmed so far. There is also a chance that Karan’s favorite buddy Shah Rukh Khan will make an appearance in the film, if not act in it.
Karan will make a formal announcement of the film during the music release of his Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna .
As for Kareena, she has recently been busy with the Rockstars concerts in the North America. She is likely to visit London this week.
This Friday would also see the release of Chup Chup Ke that stars Kareena with her beau Shahid Kapur .
