Akshaye, Priyanka jodi creates a buzz

Akshaye Khanna and Priyanka Chopra are paired together for the first time in a forthcoming Bollywood movie.

They both are talented and have created their own respective niches in the tinsel town. Now they are coming together as the romantic pair in producer Ratan Jain’s movie Aap Ki Khatir , a romantic comedy.

If the accounts of the movie’s unit members are to go by, the chemistry between Akshaye and Priyanka is superb in the film.

Akshaye himself is quoted as saying: “This is the first time Priyanka and I have been paired together and I had a blast working with her.”

Akshaye is also excited about his continuing rapport with producer Ratan Jain. Their combination has worked in three movies so far – Humraaz , Hulchul and Hungama .

“We have shared a successful box-office combination, with all our films becoming hits. I’m sure Aap Ki Khatir will be a hit too,” Ratan Jain is quoted as saying.

Besides Akshaye and Priyanka, the film also stars Amisha Patel , Dino Morea , Sunil Shetty and Anupam Kher . The movie is directed by Dharmesh Darshan.

Himesh Reshammiya is composing the film’s music.

The shooting for the movie is already complete and it is slated to release in August or September.
