Ram Gopal Varma has just concluded the shooting of a film with Amitabh Bachchan . And he has already announced to start his remake of 'Sholay' in the coming months.
Ramu seems to have taken a liking for the inimitable cine icon of the Hindi cinema, Mr Bachchan. After directing the superstar in Sarkar and Darna Zaroori Hai , Ramu is thinking of as many as three more films with the Big B. And this count does not include Nishabd which Ramu has already canned in the last few weeks in a superfast 20-day schedule in Munnar, Kerala.
'Nishabd' has Mr. Bachchan pairing with a young newcomer named Jiah Khan from London. The movie is the story of a romance between an old man and a young girl.
While the post-production work on the film is underway, Ramu is chalking out plans to start his remake of Sholay in September. The filmmaker has already discussed his vision of the film with Bachchan and nitty-gritty still has to be worked out.
The film will have Amitabh playing the role of Gabbar Singh.
Apart of this, Ramu will also direct Big B in his 'Sarkar' sequel and another film titled EK .
