Pakistani actress Meera has not so far been able to carve her niche in Hindi film industry.
Meera, who worked in Soni Razdan’s directorial debut Nazar , and superflop Kasak , has refuted reports in a section of media that she is disillusioned by Bollywood and said she will soon stage a comeback.
The actress's spokesperson and publicist Dale Bhagwagar said Meera is returning to India by the end of this month and hopes to begin work on not one, but three films, simultaneously.
"She is not the kind of actress who can be bogged down by flops or controversies. Meera is a bold and strong person and believes in fighting back," he adds.
"I want to tell all my detractors - don't write me off so soon. I will soon begin work on Mahesh Bhatt's 'Akelapan', Neeraj's 'Mera Dil Meri Jaan' and another film with Feroz Khan . I love India and aim to completely concentrate on Bollywood now," the actress is quoted to have said from Pakistan.
Meera was quoted in a section of the media recently that she was disillusioned by the manner in which Bollywood treated her.
