HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Bipasha Basu irked by dubbing of her voice05th July 2006 20.00 IST By Nikhil Kumar It was a bit odd to see another girl’s voice on Bipasha Basu in Phir Hera Pheri . Although she is not making hue and cry about it, Bipasha is upset that her dialogues in Neeraj Vora-directed comedy film ‘Phir Hera Pheri’ were dubbed by some other artiste despite the fact that Bipasha had dubbed her dialogues when the film was still in the making. 
What adds insult to the injury is that the dubbing artiste has done a shoddy job. Bipasha’s dubbed dialogues don’t express the same emotion as her acting in the film. Even the English diction and pronunciation in the dubbed dialogues is poor. So what went wrong when Bipasha had already dubbed her dialogues? Although Bipasha is clueless, there are reports that suggest that the production in-charge of the movie lost Bipasha’s dubbing track. And later, when producer Feroz Nadiadwala wanted to approach Bips to dub the dialogues (presumably without knowing that she had already dubbed) Bipasha had left for London to shoot for Abbas-Mustan's film. The film’s makers then apparently decided to rope in a dubbing artiste since Bipasha’s role in the film was a very small one. Whatever happened, Bipasha says she doesn’t want to add any negativity to the film, especially now that it is enjoying good run at the theatres. As of now, she is looking forward to the release of Corporate which releases this Friday on July 7.
