Although years have passed by since Priyanka Chopra gave her nod to a film proposed by Sunny Deol , the actress says she still remains committed to the project.
Sunny Deol’s ‘Deodhar Gandhi’ might have been the first film to introduce Priyanka Chopra to the tinsel town. However, the project could never take off and Priyanka and Sunny rather acted in a spy thriller called The Hero . The movie wasn’t a success at the box office.
Over the years, while Priyanka has emerged as one of the top actresses in Bollywood, Sunny Deol has seen one flop after another.
But Priyanka’s awe for Sunny has not waned a wee bit.
And now that the actor is reviving the old project – revamped with a new title and a different plot – Priyanka says she is still committed to the film and will shoot for it under the direction of Guddu Dhanoa .
A report quotes Priyanka as saying that she was so much in awe of Sunny when she worked with him in ‘The Hero’ that she never looked him in the eye.
“I was so nervous around him that I couldn’t look into his eyes. Now, when we’re shooting together again it’s still the same. Sunny Deol is like… wow!” Priyanka is quoted.
The film will be shot in a single 40-day schedule.
