Durban beauty in 'Sex On The Beach'

Tarina Patel , a model and actress from Durban, is about to realize her Bollywood dream.

Twenty-five-year old Tarina is of the Indian origin, but she has been brought up in South Africa where she studied psychology before beginning to work as a model and an actress.

All through this while, Tarina harboured a dream of working in Bollywood films.

She has spent two years in Mumbai as a model, doing a number of commercials and appearing on the covers of famous magazines like Femina India, New Woman and India Today.

Although she was offered acting roles, Tarina has been biding her time. Now, she will at long last make her Bollywood debut in an episode of Sanjay Gupta-produced Dus Kahaniyan .

‘Dus Kahaniyan’ composes of ten different stories. Patel will appear in a story titled ‘Sex On The Beach’ with Dino Morea playing her male co-star. The ten-minute film has been directed by Apoorva Lakhia . The film is shot in Goa.

Previously, Apoorva has also shot a music video for Tarina on the beaches of Mauritius.

Tarina says she is very excited about creating a career for herself in Bollywood. Her dream is to work with Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan one day.

For the time being, the model-actress is concentrating on improving her Hindi. She realizes that linguistic command is the key to success as an actress.

Tarina is also acting in an international venture called ‘Rainbow Raani’, wherein she plays the girlfriend of an Indian guy.

In the past, Tarina has acted in the movie called ‘One Night With The King’ and has appeared in the SABC2 series ‘The Res’, where she played the role of an exotic Indian student.
