Arshad Warsi , one of the best comedians in Bollywood, says he is tired of doing comic roles over and over.
For the time being, Arshad has stopped taking funny roles in films. The actor says doing the same thing over and again has become monotonous for him.
To bring variety into his repertoire Arshad has decided to switch from hilarity to villainy.
He will play a dreaded terrorist in Kabeer Kaushik's film Qazaa which is based on global terrorism. In the film, Arshad plays a militant who plants bombs to unleash terror in the cities.
Besides this film, Arshad will also be seen playing negative roles in two more films.
The actor says doing comedy in every next film is like eating the same food everyday. He wants variety. But that doesn’t mean that he is saying goodbye to comedy, which is his forte.
Arshad was last seen in a comic role in Golmaal . His next release Anthony Kaun Hai has limited comedy, as the film is basically a thriller. Even Kabul Express will have only few moments of humour from Arshad. But there are two out-and-out comedies that Arshad stars in – Lage Raho Munnabhai and Dhamaal .
