Nikita Anand , who won the Sunsilk Femina Miss India-Universe tiara in 2003, will make her Bollywood debut in a campus love story. 
This 5-feet-8-inches tall beauty was born to a colonel father in Jalandhar but was brought up in several cities like Delhi, Pune, Ranchi and Mumbai. Currently, Nikita is the hostess of the popular car race show called ‘NASCAR’ on Zee Sports. Nikita is entering Bollywood with a rather bold role in Prakash Jha-produced movie, tentatively titled ‘Love Story’. She was finalized in an audition that had at least a dozen Bollywood aspirants contending for the role. In the film, Nikita plays a rich girl who lives a life of indulgence – smoking cigarettes, flirting and partying till late night. Her co-star in the film is Shreyas Talpade (of Iqbal ) who plays a poor guy in the film. Naseeruddin Shah’s son Imaad Shah also plays an important role in the film. Nikita says although she comes from a traditional family background, she has no issues in playing bold roles and even showing a bit of skin “if the role requires it.” About her future Bollywood plans, Nikita says she wants to “take it slow.” ‘Love Story’ is a campus romance story being directed by Manish Tiwari.
