HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD What will be special about 'Don' 16th Aug 2006  14.00 IST By ApunKaChoice Bureau   Now that Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna has released, the next Shah Rukh Khan film that is awaited with great anticipation is Don . 'Don' has SRK going for a complete makeover from cynical Dev Saran in Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna to the suave and stylish Don. SRK is quoted by a website as saying about the film that is a remake of the Amitabh Bachchan starrer Don (1978) : "Don of 2006 is 'similar', though not 'same' as Don from the past. The subject remains the same but Farhan Akhtar has given the film a completely different treatment." But SRK emphasized that the best part of 'Don' is its beginning and its end. "The best part of the film is its beginning and its end. It is going to completely take you by surprise, believe me! The rest of the film has great moments too but it is the beginning and the end that makes it's special," SRK said. 'Don' is scheduled for a Diwali/Eid release on October 20, 2006.
