Shah Rukh, Sushmita being sought for 'Dulha Mil Gaya'

A Bollywood producer is hoping to sign superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Sushmita Sen for a romantic movie to be shot in the Caribbean.

Producer Viveck Vaswani wants to cast the two filmstars in his forthcoming film Dulha Mil Gaya .

The movie will be a big budget project and will be shot in Trinidad and Tobago. If Shah Rukh agrees to do the film, he will be seen playing a rich Trinidadian businessman.

Vaswani has previously worked with Shah Rukh in his production ‘Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman’ that starred SRK in the role of a young man struggling to make ends meet in Mumbai city. That film marked the directorial debut of Aziz Mirza.

‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ will be the directorial debut of scriptwriter Mudassar Aziz, who has worked with Tanuja Chandra in Zindagi Rocks , starring Sush in the lead role.

Both Vaswani and Aziz are looking forward to meet Sush in the coming days with the offer to act in the film.

The producer has himself written the movie’s story and describes it as one of his best works so far. He has also been on a recce tour of the Caribbean to finalize the possible shooting locations.

There have been rumours that the film will also star top cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara. Vaswani denies such rumours.

‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ will have its director Mudassar Aziz handling other departments as well. Besides direction, he will also be doing the screenplay, dialogues and the lyrics.

Vaswani is hopeful that his past relation with Shah Rukh will come handy in getting the superstar’s consent for the movie.

However, it still remains to be seen whether Shah Rukh and Sush will agree to sign on the dotted line.

The two worked together in Farah Khan’s Main Hoon Na .
