Kangana has been busy as a bee ever since she stepped in Bollywood with Gangster . She has been committing to one project after another without any sufficient break for rest. On the personal front, Kangana went through trauma when her sister was attacked with acid. 
Kangana has come forward to lend full moral support to her sister Rangoli and is overlooking her medical treatment. She has also begun taking small breaks from work to spend more time with her sister whose marriage is set for early next year. Above all this, Kangana has turned to meditation as a stress-buster. And she says it has helped her a great deal. In an interview, Kangana is quoted as saying that ever since she began meditation she is able to focus much better. She says she now stays more concentrated in her work and in communicating with people. Kangana believes meditation can be of immense help to actors.
