At the party thrown by Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt to celebrate the repeated successes of their production house Vishesh Films, Mallika Sherawat got warm embraces from some and cold shoulders from others.
Mahesh Bhatt was very warm and cordial to Mallika. He embraced her and held her hand as she walked in. But Mallika’s co-stars from Murder (Emraan and Ashmit) cold-shouldered her.
When Mallika was asked to come on stage, Emraan stepped down without even acknowledging her. He had to be called back on the stage to stand with Mallika for the photographs. Reluctantly, Emraan returned and said a very formal ‘hi’ to Mallika. That was the beginning and the end of their conversation.
Even Ashmit Patel did not talk with Mallika.
Both Emraan and Ashmit have had cold vibes for Mallika ever since their ‘Murder’ days.
For most part of the party, Mallika stayed with the two Bhatts only.
