Bollywood’s talented filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar has shelved the idea of making the sequel of his four National awards winning film Chandni Bar for a while.
According to Madhur, he had kept the climax of ‘Chandni Bar’ open as he wanted to make a sequel of the film.
But right now he is having two themes to work upon for the sequel. One is about the life of bar girls when the bars were closed down and second is to take the story forward from the climax of previous flick as it is.
The filmmaker has done extensive research on both the subjects but has been unable to decide the right story for the sequel.
Meanwhile, Madhur is busy with his upcoming project, Traffic Signal , a dark comedy based on the life of people living around the traffic signals.
Along with this, he is also doing research on his new project called Fashion , a film which will expose the lesser-known truths about the fashion industry.
