Shah Rukh Khan reluctant to do a cameo in an Amitabh Bachchan film?

Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan have reportedly been having tension between them since quite a while now.

However the two superstars refuse to admit their cold war with each other in public. Nonetheless their professional moves seem to always suggest that they are feuding with each other.

Now a director who seems to be stuck in the middle of the ongoing SRK-Amitabh feud is Ravi Chopra .

Apparently SRK no longer wants to do a cameo in Chopra’s ‘Bhootnath’, which stars Bachchan.

Chopra shares an amazing rapport with Bachchan and the actor was recently seen in Chopra’s latest release Baabul . The director’s next film ‘Bhootnath’ will also star Bachchan but Chopra had also finalized SRK to do an extensive cameo.

However according to sources SRK is no longer keen to do the cameo alongside Bachchan. Sources claim “Ravi will have to replace SRK or ensure he doesn’t share scenes with Amitabh. The two have many scenes together, but SRK does not want to share screen space with the Big B anymore.”

Although both SRK and Bachchan are cordial to each other when they meet, a professional rivalry continues to persist.

However Chopra claims that that none of this is true, he says “As far as I know SRK is doing my film and he has scenes with Mr. Bachchan. The delay is because Mr. Bachchan’s mother is not well. We were supposed to start shooting from December 15 but we have postponed to January 10, 2007.”

However currently Bachchan is shooting for Ram Gopal Varma Ki Sholay but nonetheless Chopra’s ‘Bhootnath’ has been delayed.

Chopra will be producing the film under his banner B.R Films and Vivek Sharma will be directing the film which stars Bachchan, Juhi Chawla , Satish Shah , Rajpal Yadav and SRK.
