HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD When Mallika Sherawat demanded military training11th Jan 2007 16.45 IST By ApunKaChoice Although she is known mostly for her sensuous roles, Mallika Sherawat was game for arduous training to play an army cadet in a forthcoming movie. In Murali Nagavelli’s Fauj Mein Mauj , Mallika plays a woman who joins Indian army after the death of her husband. To get under the skin of her character, Mallika demanded proper military training. 
However, Nagavelli could not manage full-blown training sessions. But he did rope in his friend Major Ravi, a former soldier, to give training to the film’s actors. So Mallika, along with Sahil Khan , Rajpal Yadav and other actors, underwent physically grueling training that included wall climbing, rope climbing, enemy combat, negotiating a barbed wire fence etc. In fact, so charged was Mallika during the army training that she never complained to Major Ravi about the tough training and was always willing to make more efforts despite other actors getting exhausted. ‘Fauj Mein Mauj’ is a comedy film. Some portions of the film will also have Mallika flaunting her sex appeal.
