However, he can choose only one of them. Saif, winner of the Screen Award for Best Actor in negative role, is apparently facing a dilemma nowadays. He has been approached by two topnotch producers, Aditya Chopra (Yashraj Films) and Karan Johar (Dharma Productions), for their respective movies. 
Sources say both films are big budgeted movies to be directed by newcomers. While the Yashraj movie will be directed by Victor (writer of Dhoom and Dhoom 2 ), Dharma prod movie will be directed by Karan’s assistant Tarun Mansukhani. The problem is that Saif will have to choose one of the two films because their dates are clashing. It will be a tough decision for the actor because he has worked with both production houses in the past and shares a very good relation with them. While it remains to be seen which project Saif gives his nod to, there is good news on his personal front. Saif has collaborated with producer Dinesh Vijan (who produced Being Cyrus ) to start a production company called Illuminati Films Pvt Ltd. Saif says he and Dinesh share very similar views and ideas about cinema. So they decided to join hands to start a production company. The company is said to have already started working on its first project. The script is being written and the project may go on the floors early next year.
