Shah Rukh Khan is working out and following a healthy diet for his role in his home production Om Shanti Om .
In the movie, directed by Farah Khan , Shah Rukh plays an actor. The film’s story is set in Bollywood. A part of the movie is also believed to feature SRK as a superhero.
For his role in the film, SRK has reportedly been working out regularly of late under the guidance of an expert called Prashant, who directs SRK in weight training at least four times a week.
Prashant has so far been concentrating on SRK’s upper body (chests and shoulders) to help him develop a brawny, pumped-up physique.
However, Prashant is also taking care that SRK doesn’t overstress himself because he has had a back operation a couple of years back.
SRK is complementing bodybuilding with a healthy protein rich diet. He is also said to be taking protein supplements to help in building and strengthening of muscles.
‘Om Shanti Om’ has Deepika Padukone as SRK’s love interest. The film also stars Kiron Kher and Arjun Rampal . It will also have cameos by a number of Bollywood celebrities.
