Kareena Kapoor ends her sabbatical with a song

After a yearlong sabbatical, ravishing beauty Kareena Kapoor is back in action.

Last year, after shooting the item number ‘Yeh Mera Dil’ for Farhan Akhtar’s movie Don , Kareena decided to take a long break from Bollywood. She had said that she was tired of working continually. Although she did sign a few new projects during her break, she did not shoot for any film.

Many changes came in her life during this break. Firstly, she turned vegetarian. Then, she began practicing Yoga and she traveled abroad and in India with her beau Shahid Kapur .

Now, Kareena is returning to limelight with re-charged energy. She is also looking much slimmer and more chic.

And coincidentally, she has ended her sabbatical in the same way she began it: with a song.

Yes, Kareena has begun shooting for a song in good friend Lovely Singh’s movie Kya Love Story Hai at Filmistan Studios in Mumbai.

Kareena is given a very glamourous makeover in the song. She dons a sexy dress, rides in limousine and plays a 25-feet guitar in the number. The song is sung by Alisha Chinai and choreographed by Bosco.

Kareena says she is not open to any more item numbers. She is doing this song only for Lovely Singh whom she has known for a long time since he used to work as an assistant director under filmmaker Satish Kaushik.

Kareena is not charging any money for this song. After this, she will start shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s film with Shahid Kapur.
