Working in Ram Gopal Varma’s horror film Darling took its toll on actress Esha Deol While shooting the horror film, Esha sank her teeth so deeply into her character that she would continue to get an eerie feeling even after the shooting was over.
On top of it, during the days of shooting Esha had moved into a new house which has large empty spaces. Often after returning back home from shooting, Esha would get haunted by the empty spaces and the echo of sounds in her house.
Esha says she would feel a presence in her house. She felt the strange feeling of being watched. However, she did not panic because she knew it was just the aftereffects of working in ‘Darling’.
So spooked was Esha by the movie that she decided not to do the movie’s Tamil version with Madhavan despite the fact that she is quite fluent in the language.
On another front, Esha will be seen doing some spunky action in Anubhav Sinha’s movie Cash .
