Kashmira Shah’s much delayed movie My Bollywood Bride is finally ready to hit the theatres.
The movie is based on the real story of Kashmira Shah and her American husband Brad Listermann, who is the writer and producer of the flick.
The movie stars American actor Jason Lewis as a man who falls in love with Kashmira and marries her. Jason has been part of the tele-series 'Sex & The City'.
According to Kashmira, who is a fan of ‘Sex & The City’, Jason suits the role of her husband perfectly in the film. Jason has the same sensitivity as Kashmira’s real husband Brad and he is also good looking.
‘My Bollywood Bride’ is directed by Rajeev Virani. The film also stars Sanjay Suri , Neha Dubey and Gulshan Grover .
Although the film was shot more than a year ago, it has taken a long time to release because of distribution problems.
And the great irony is that now when ‘My Bollywood Bride’ is making it to the theatres, Kashmira and Brad are set for a divorce.
