Perhaps it is the time we called him the cameo king. Abhishek Bachchan doesn’t mind making guest appearances in movies. We have seen him playing very small roles in movies like Salaam Namaste and Lage Raho Munnabhai .
Now, he will make a brief appearance opposite Rani Mukherjee in director Pradeep Sarkar’s next movie ‘Laga Chunari Mein Daag’.
It is learnt that Abhishek agreed on playing the cameo after being asked by producer Aditya Chopra , for whom Abhi has great deal of respect.
Abhishek will reportedly shoot his scenes in the film from June onwards. Presently, he is enjoying his new life as a married man with Aishwarya Rai.
‘Laga Chunari Mein Daag’ is based on a female centric theme. Rani Mukherjee, Konkona Sen Sharma and Jaya Bachchan play the main roles in the film.
