Kashmira-Krishna relationship finds acceptance

The relationship between a married woman and a guy with a six-year age difference than her surely raised many hackles.

The love story of Kashmira Shah and Krishna (Govinda’s nephew) has the making of a Bollywood potboiler. It has love triangle, passion, and opposition from family.

It is no secret that Kashmira was married to her American husband when her intimacy with Krishna began. Kashmira’s marriage was going through a rough patch and she found solace in Krishna’s company while working with him in a film. Love happened between Kashmira and Krishna and found its natural opposition from the latter’s family.

Krishna’s father was strongly opposed to his relationship with a married woman. Other members in the family thought Krishna’s presence was ruining Kashmira’s marriage.

But the lovers listened to their hearts. Kashmira separated from her husband and began to find acceptance from Krishna’s family. She got introduced to Krishna’s family at a family function (Govinda’s birthday) in December last year.

Govinda himself blessed the couple but he also asked them to behave in a socially acceptable manner.

Now, Govinda reveals that he has no issues with Krishna’s relationship with Kashmira.

On the other hand, Krishna’s family, too, has now reconciled to the fact that Kashmira has become an inseparable part of Krishna’s life.

The lovers have finally found acceptance.
