Kareena Kapoor gifts a watch to Shahid's director 16th May 2007

In a gesture of goodwill and friendship, Kareena Kapoor has gifted an expensive watch to the director of movie ‘Fool And Final’, which has her boyfriend Shahid Kapur in one of the main leads.
Though there are still weeks ahead for Fool And Final to hit the theatres, Kareena and Shahid requested the movie’s director Ahmed Khan to hold a special screening for them because they would be too busy to catch the movie when it releases.
Heeding their request, Khan coordinated with producer Firoz Nadiadwala to organize a special screening of the movie a few days back.
Kareena was apparently so impressed by Shahid’s performance in the film that she gifted the choreographer-turned-director Ahmed Khan a Breitling wristwatch, estimated to cost around Rs 2.5 lakh.
The gift was very appropriate as Ahmed Khan is very fond of watches.
It was Shahid who told Kareena about Khan’s liking for watches and she decided for a Breitling wristwatch.
Even when the film was in the making, Kareena kept in constant touch with Ahmed Khan because Khan made Shahid do some really dangerous stunts for ‘Fool And Final’.
Now, Kareena and Shahid are busy with Imtiaz Ali’s next movie.
