Tanushree vows never to work with Raj Kanwar!

A lot of finger pointing and counter blaming has been going on between actress Tanushree Dutta and filmmaker Raj Kanwar .

When Tanushree was signed for Raqeeb , her bonding with producer Raj Kanwar began on a very friendly note. Kanwar was interested in working with Tanushree for more films and even signed her for a three-film contract. But things turned sour between them while shooting ‘Raqeeb’.

Tanushree was put off by inclusion of lovemaking scenes in the film. She claims she had refused to do any kissing or intimate scenes in the film before the shooting began. But later she found that some lovemaking scenes were included in the script.

When she expressed her apprehension at doing such scenes she was told that the entire film’s fate depended on her decision because these scenes were very important for the story.

Reluctantly, Tanushree shot some scenes but was shocked to see that too much emphasis was laid on skin show in the film’s publicity and promos.

Tanushree had her doubts that the film’s director (Anurag Singh) had also shot some scenes of partial nudity on a body double. On the other hand, producer Raj Kanwar almost insulted Tanushree in a press conference when he said “Sau chuhe khakar billi hajj ko chali”, while reacting to her objection on skin show.

The last straw was broken. Tanushree dissociated herself from the movie’s promotions and vowed never to work with Raj Kanwar again. Kanwar, on his part, says he himself has scrapped the three-film deal earlier signed with Tanushree.

Well, this is an interesting case of two people dropping each other.
