After walking the red carpet on the opening day of the Cannes Film Festival, Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan continued on their vacation.
The honeymoon of the newly married couple was interrupted with the Cannes fest, which Ash had to attend because of her contractual commitments to L’Oreal.
On May 16, the opening night of the fest, Ash posed with her L’Oreal counterparts and walked the red carpet hand-in -hand with Abhishek to attend the premiere of Wong Kar-Wai's movie ‘My Blueberry Nights’.
After that the couple did not stay for the screening of Mani Ratnam’s movie Guru in the following days. In fact, Ash did not even stay for the promotion of her upcoming film Jodha Akbar .
It is believed that Ash and Abhi continued on their pleasure trip in Europe because Ash has only few days left of her vacation. She has to return to Mumbai to resume the shooting of ‘Jodha Akbar’.
