Plans are afoot to have a new wax statue of Aishwarya Rai at Madame Tussauds Museum in New York.
Ash already has a wax replica of hers at London’s Madame Tussauds. She unveiled that statue way back in 2004 in the days when her movie Bride and Prejudice got released.
And now her new wax statue in New York will be different for the one in London. Ash, who is now a married woman and a Bachchan bahu, will most likely be shown in a bridal get-up. The statue will also have a mangalsutra.
Ash herself will unveil the new statue at Madame Tussauds in Times Square, NY. The unveiling might happen next month.
Before that, Ash will participate in photo-sessions to pose for experts from the museum.
Presently, Ash and her hubby Abhishek Bachchan are downsouth shooting for Ram Gopal Varma’s Sarkar Raj . Ash is also dubbing for her forthcoming movie Jodha Akbar .
Recently, Ash and Abhi were spotted together at southern Filmfare Awards.
