Zayed Khan is known more for his looks than his body. But the handsome actor is now intent on developing a brawny physique.
Marriage has had a sobering effect on Zayed, who was known to be an avid party animal before he tied the knot with his childhood sweetheart. Today, Zayed is a different man.
But the realization to develop a fit body came while shooting for Speed . During the shoot, Zayed ended up with a slipped disc and was bedridden for a month. It took him regular physiotherapy and exercises to be fit again. This period of recuperation inspired Zayed to pay more attention to his body.
Now, Zayed is intent on developing six-pack abs. He has reportedly hired an instructor named Satyajit Desai who guides him in exercise and bodybuilding.
Besides this, Zayed is regular in sports like kickboxing, tennis and basketball, not to mention his favourite water sports like snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing and jet skiing.
Zayed says apart from working on his body, he is also following a healthy diet.
The actor believes that it will take him not more than six months to develop six-pack abs.
This brawny physique will be seen in the latest films Zayed has signed – one by Subhash Ghai and another by Anil Kapoor .
