Rakhi has admitted going under the knife to get a boob job by a Mumbai surgeon named Ashok Gupta. But reports now allege that the item gal did not have to shell out any moolah for the cosmetic surgery. 
A Mumbai tabloid quotes Rakhi as saying that in return for the implant operation, she performed for free at a medical seminar for Dr. Gupta in Jaipur. It was a quid pro quo. However, Dr. Gupta told the tabloid that Rakhi was paid for her performance in Jaipur. And there is also another, altogether different, angle to this story. Sources say Rakhi's breast implant surgery was a part of medical demonstration and that is why she did not have to pay for the surgery.
