Contrary to what the doomsayers would have you believe, there seems to be no friction between superstar Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan .
Just because Salman happens to be the ex-beau of the Bachchan bahu Aishwarya Rai leads to many speculation about the simmering ‘cold war’ between the Bachchans and Salman Khan.
But according to director Rumi Jaffery, the Big B and Salman have been getting along well on the sets of Bollywood movie God Tussi Great Ho .
A source says that in the past there have been difficulties in matching the dates of the two stars for the film, leading to rumours that they did not wish to work with each other. But ever since the two began shooting together there has been no apparent tension between them.
According to a Mumbai tabloid report, while shooting together recently, Big B hugged Salman Khan when Sallu managed to give a good shot after some initial difficulty.
Sources say in between their shots Big B and Salman often talk about paintings. Salman is an avid painter.
‘God Tussi Great Ho’ is produced by Afzal Khan. The film has Big B playing God. Priyanka Chopra is the film’s leading lady.
