Madhuri Dixit does not think she is stunning

Former numero uno Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit might have stolen the heart of millions with her esteemed acting and dancing prowess, but the 'Beauty Queen' herself thinks she is not as stunning, says a new book.

"Madhuri does not think she is stunning but she did admit that it was an advantage to be attractive as it pleased others to be with you," the book 'Secrets of the Worlds Inspirational Women', written by famous feminist Zerbanoo Gifford, said.

The book further says, "Her exquisiteness is so fabled that the Picasso of India, M F Hussain, got fascinated and termed her liveliness unsurpassed".

"Hussain had also painted a series on Mother Teresa but it was Madhuri who had bewitched the heart of the artist," the book said.

"Madhuri lights up the room when she walks in", the book said, adding, she is a true Eastern beauty, soft sensual with a regal elegance.

Unfurling the other side of Madhuri's personality, the book reveals her wish to help others in her own unique way.

The Bollywood 'Icon', who looks delicate and soft in different characters on the silver screen, is a great admirer of the 'Iron Lady' of India, Indira Gandhi in real life, the book revealed.

The four-time winner of Filmfare award and the actress of more than 50 hit films, Madhuri shares the space in the book with her counterparts from Hollywood and some of the well-known personalities like the top-cop Kiran Bedi, politician Sheila Dikshit and some of the leading journalists and women from every walk of life from across 20 countries.
