HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Bipasha Basu, Rakhi Sawant to rock Mumbai on New Year's Eve28th Dec 2007 09.01 IST By Agencies If Mallika Sherawat rocked Mumbai last year on New Year's Eve, this year is the turn of Bipasha Basu and Rakhi Sawant . Both will add sizzle to the New Year revelry at five star hotels in Mumbai. 
Bipasha will perform at the J W Marriott in the western Mumbai suburb of Juhu. Last year, there were unconfirmed reports that Mallika charged up to Rs 50 lakhs for her show at the same venue. Mallika's act, in which she danced in a skin-coloured outfit and walked off the stage when she realised the show was being filmed for television, ran into controversy. Let's hope Bipasha has a better experience than Mallika. Rakhi may not have danced away to victory in Nach Baliye 3, but she will send temperatures soaring at Mumbai's hotel Tulip Star on December 31, the event in which she will be accompanied by Brazilian dancers. 2008 sure seems to be getting off to a hot start.
