The much-in-demand Neil Nitin Mukesh has earned some bad reputation by walking out of a film at the eleventh hour.
Neil had reportedly given his commitment to producer Vinay Kumar Sinha to play the leading role in his film ‘Good Night’, to be directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. The movie was set to go on the floors in the second week of February.
But just days before the beginning of the shooting, Neil shocked the director and producer by telling them that he needs at least three months to prepare for his role in the movie.
Neil wanted the film to be shot either in the second half of this year, or in early 2009.
While at first glance it seems that Neil is a stickler for details and a perfectionist who wants to really get into his character before shooting the film, director Tigmanshu Dhulia thinks the reason Neil gave him is a lame excuse for not doing the film.
Neil has been getting offers right and left for last few months. And the actor is reportedly taking his picks cautiously, choosing only plum projects with reputed production houses.
