They are two of Bollywood’s most good-looking stars. And they are set to defy the doomsayers who said that they might never pair up because of Salman Khan’s alleged cold war with John.
But Katrina, it seems, takes her career decisions not based on Salman’s likes or dislikes. For the beautiful belle has reportedly agreed to work with John in a Yashraj Films production to be directed by Kabir Khan .
Just recently there was buzz that Kabir wants to sign John and Neil Nitin Mukesh for his next film, which, Kabir says, is based on a very contemporary and relevant subject.
Now, Katrina has been roped in as John’s leading lady. Other actors are yet to be finalized.
The film will go on the floors in the middle of 2008. It will hit the theatres in early 2009.
Meanwhile, Katrina has denied the latest reports that Salman Khan slapped her at a coffee shop in Mumbai. The actress dismissed such reports as “rubbish”.
