Just three days before, Rakhi had kicked her boyfriend Abhishek Awasthi out of her Oshiwara house after a bitter spat in which Abhishek reportedly called her dirty names that Rakhi did not like much. 
Now, on Valentine’s Day Abhishek went to Rakhi’s house with a bouquet of red roses and a teddy bear to apologize, reconcile, and be with her again. On his visit, Abhishek also invited mediapersons with him to make his reconciliation public. But what he got in return from Rakhi was humiliation. Initially, Rakhi was surprised to see Abhishek at her doorstep with mediapersons. But when Abhishek apologized and presented her the bouquet, Rakhi got angry and slapped him hard in front of TV cameras. But Abhishek was not to be daunted. He got on his knees and begged her for forgiveness. Rakhi did not relent and asked the security personnel of her building to throw Abhishek out. When security did not intervene and Abhishek did not budge, Rakhi relented and asked Abhishek to apologize in Marathi and swear on his mother (maa ki kasam) that he won’t repeat his actions again.
