One such canine had his while shooting a scene with actor Arshad Warsi . There is a scene in Rakesh Roshan's forthcoming production Krazy 4 that shows a dog barking at Arshad Warsi and pulling his pants with its ferocious bite. 
But before canning the scene, Arshad made the mistake of befriending the dog. Later on, when the shot was to be canned, the canine did not even bark at Arshad, let alone bite him. This troubled the director, Jaideep Sen. To attract the dog, the director put egg yolk and meat pieces on Arshad's pants. But the dog still did not bite Arshad. The dog was testing the director's patience as the precious shooting time was getting wasted. As a last resort, Jaideep decided to break the scene in parts. Instead of Arshad, he shot the scene with his assistant Ajeet, whom the dog apparently did not like and barked and bit at. Jaideep shot Arshad's expressions separately. The two shots would be joined together at the editing table. Jaideep says it was really difficult to work with the dog because once it got diverted it lost interest in doing the shot. It was the dog's day and the shooting crew had to pander to the canine's mood swings. 'Krazzy 4' is a comedy about four crazy guys. The film hits the theatres in April. Related Arshad Warsi Krazy 4 |
