Recently, Salman was shooting in Karjat for the remake of Pokkiri which is being directed by Prabhu Deva .
On one occasion, they had gone to a very select location, where while the shot was being canned, they were surprised to see a little girl standing at a distance watching them shoot. Salman got curious and summoned the girl. After chatting up with her, Salman came to know that she was ailing from a disease, which needed surgery. Salman without a second thought, asked the child to fetch her parents. When they arrived and much to their surprise, Salman donated Rs. 25000 to them so that the girl could be operated upon. Some time back, two Bandra boys had met with an accident in front of his house in the wee hours of the morning. Salman was returning from shooting and saw the mangled heap of the car, with both boys bleeding to death. Salman saved their lives by rushing them to the hospital. So there is indeed a soft heart beneath that tough exterior.
