Excited about hitting the gym after a very long gap, Sanjay Dutt over-worked himself only to land up in bed.
Dutt is aiming to acquire a sculpted, 8-pack-abs look for his role of an action hero in the movie Blue . He has three months to lose the flab and fat that he has acquired over the last two years of physical indulgence and negligence. The film’s shooting begins in June.
To get back in shape, the actor has hired the Hollywood fitness trainer Lawrence who has been guiding the actor in physical exercises and healthy diet.
However, Dutt was so excited about resuming his gyming that he overstressed himself. As a result he collapsed after just a week of regular work-out last weekend.
Reportedly, Dutt’s body muscles have become sore and they have begun aching. The actor has been advised a week’s rest by the doctors. But Dutt says he won’t rest more than a few days. The actor believes he has got the momentum and if he loses that he won’t be able to resume his arduous work-outs again.
