She is currently the talk of the tinsel town for her portrayal of a shady character in Abbas-Mastan’s thriller Race . Now, Bipasha is in talks with new director Jehangir Surti for a thriller titled Freeze .
The film, starring Neil Nitin Mukesh as the male lead, will have Bipasha playing a deejay. Neil plays a photographer who rises from anonymity to fame.
The film’s director was apparently looking for an actress who would look sexy and modern and yet be more mature than the leading man. And Bipasha fitted the bill perfectly.
Reports have it that Bipasha had her doubts about accepting the role but her beau John Abraham , who happened to have read the film’s script, prodded her to go forward and do this movie. John also happens to be a good friend of Jehangir.
Neil, who is many years junior to Bipasha, is excited about sharing the screen space with the hot Bengali belle.
The shooting of ‘Freeze’ will begin from April.
By the way, Bipasha is also paired with the much younger Ranbir Kapoor in the Yashraj Film’s presentation Bachna Ae Haseenon .
