The temperature in Miami must have shot a few notches higher as Shilpa Shetty is shooting an item song in the American city.
It is not often Shilpa agrees to do item songs. She has done only three items in her entire career and the most famous has been the rustic “Main Aayi Hoon UP Bihar Lootne”. From the Indian hinterland, Shilpa has now moved to Miami for a scintillating number in Karan Johar’s production Dostana , which is being directed by Tarun Mansukhani.
The song will reportedly feature at the beginning of the film. Shilpa has been shooting the number on Miami’s scenic beaches. But the highlight of the number is a sequence in which Shilpa rides pillion on a bike with a group of bikers.
Reports say Mansukhani hired a real gang of bikers for the song. Shilpa apparently had whale of a time shooting with the bikers.
At the end of the number, Shilpa reportedly turns into a narrator and introduces the movie’s two male leads – Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham .
The two men vie for Priyanka Chopra in the film. Shilpa makes an appearance only in this item.
