Mallika Sherawat as Kuhu

Kuhu aka Pagli is an obnoxious, strong and witty girl who is totally out of control. She has a knack of reeling you into her life, enamoring you and disrupting your life in a way you never knew possible.

Pagli has been going through a personal crisis. And she feels the only way she can overcome it is to put someone else through what she has been undergoing. Which means – scoop out a loser guy, make him fall in love with her, and then turn his life upside down.

Call her simply irresistible or devil in disguise, Pagli sure has her way of getting around most difficult situations. And when the devil is after you, all you can do is run. Because if she catches up you will be caught in her crazy web forever.

Ranvir Shorey as Kabir

Kabir aka Ugly is rather boring, monotonous soul who’s been studying engineering for last 10 years. If there’s one thing Kabir has desperately wanted, it’s a girlfriend. But never ever even in his wildest dreams would he think that he would meet someone who would make him do crazy things, including lots of quirky, kinky stuff.

Story:

We have all heard of soft-romantic comic love stories, but none has been like the crazy tale of ‘Ugly Aur Pagli’.

It’s the story of Kabir (Ranvir Shorey) a carefree guy who has been a book worm for 10 years and whose life goes for a sixer when he meets the quirky and kinky Kuhu.

Kabir always wanted a girl to love but he never in his wildest dreams thought he would encounter a girl who could make him dance around in circles, run semi naked, ride bicycles without seats, wear high-heeled ladies shoes.

When Ugly meets Pagli one cold winter night at V.T. Station, his life gets turned around in unimaginable ways.

Poor, nerdy, goofy, charming, desperate Ugly tries hard to escape Pagli’s clutches, but in the process ends up falling more miserably in love with her.

Will Ugly survive all Pagli’s insane demands and tantrums, or will he run screaming for cover?

Get set for one of the quirkiest love story of the year.

‘Ugly Aur Pagli’ marks the debut of director Sachin Khot, who has previously made television serials for local channels in Indonesia.

The film’s supporting cast includes Tinu Anand, Sushmita Mukherjee and Manish Anand. The movie also has a guest appearance by Payal Rohatgi and a cameo by Zeenat Aman .
