Love Story 2050 , Bollywood’s first sci-fi futuristic romantic tale will have a lavish premiere in London.
The movie, a launchpad of director Harry Baweja’s son Harman Baweja , is hitting the theatres on July 4, the same day when Aamir Khan ’s nephew Imran Khan opens his Bollywood account with the campus love story Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na .
Ever since Aamir decided to hold a pompous premiere for ‘Jaane Tu’ in Mumbai, the Bawejas have been thinking about holding the premiere of their film in some other city.
According to a source they had three cities in mind: Toronto, London and Dubai.
But Harry Baweja has dropped the idea of a Toronto premiere. Now, ‘Love Story 2050’, co-starring Priyanka Chopra , will have its premiere in London. A Dubai premiere is still tentative.
Baweja believes not premiering his movie in Mumbai won’t have any effect on its box-office prospects. The producer-director is already pumping in lakhs of rupees on daily basis to promote the film in Mumbai and other metros.
