Age may be catching up on him, but actor Sanjay Dutt is fixated on doing high-octane action films.
Even before he began toning up his physique a few months ago for ‘Blue’, Dutt was working in Kidnap , an action thriller being directed by Sanjay Gadhvi of Dhoom series.
And recently while shooting an underwater stunt for the full-on action film Blue in the Bahamas, Dutt did not heed the advice of his doctors who told him to not go under water because of a lung problem he has. Not only did Dutt take the plunge, he also had a narrow escape in a stunt gone wrong.
Now, Dutt is said to be so impressed by the vision and skills of the ‘Blue’ director (Anthony D’Souza) that he has planned to co-produce another adrenalin pumping thriller with Anthony.
Tentatively titled ‘Bond’, the film will be jointly produced by Dutt and Ashtavinayak Cinevision.
Now, going by the title, it seems the movie might have Sanjay playing a suave spy armed with state-of-the-art gizmos and having a weakness for women and shaken martinis.
But officials at Ashtavinayak say the project is still on paper and it is too early to say anything about it except that Dutt will act in the film.
