Ranbir Kapoor and Minissha Lamba wore summer clothes while shooting a romantic song in the chilly climes of Swiss Alps.

That's what the actors had to endure to give a perfect shot. Here's more of the spicy tidbits from what took place behind the scenes of this Friday's release Bachna Ae Haseeno , which tells the story of a man's romantic journey through three different relationships.

LOVE ON A ROLLER-COASTER

Imagine wearing minimal clothes while shooting on Glacier 3000, located at the height of 3000 meters from the sea level. Ranbir and Minissha literally had a chilling experience while shooting the song "Ahista Ahista" in Swiss Alps. To make things worse, the two actors were made to ride a roller-coaster in a scene. The duo braved the chilly winds and gave the right expressions. Thankfully, there wasn't a retake.

VERTIGO

Ranbir is no doubt an emerging star with a promise to reach new heights in Bollywood. But in reality, the guy suffers from vertigo (fear of heights). Funny though it may sound, Ranbir came face to face with his fears when director Siddharth Anand made him stand atop a hill in Italy for the song 'Khuda Jaane'. Girlfriend Deepika Padukone could not bear to see her beau go through the ordeal alone and happily gave him company. Call it love on a hillock.

BIPASHA SHIES FROM SEDUCTION

Director Siddharth Anand reportedly wanted to shoot a scene in which Bipasha Basu (playing a modern, self-dependent, outgoing girl) seduces Ranbir. But the actress, being senior to Ranbir, was not enthusiastic about doing the scene, despite the fact that she has done many such scenes in her past films. Finally Bips had her way and the scene was scrapped from the film.

LIKE FATHER LIKE SON

History repeats itself in a very uncanny way in 'Bachna Ae Haseeno'. Years ago Rishi Kapoor danced to the Kishore Kumar song 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' in the film 'Hum Kissise Kum Nahin'. Today, Rishi's son Ranbir dances to the modern version of the same track in the Yashraj Films presentation. And guess what? The new track features Kishore Kumar's son Sumit as well. From father to son, the circle has been completed.
