HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Akshay Kumar takes a well deserved holiday18th Aug 2008 18.07 IST By ApunKaChoice With his latest film Singh Is Kinng ruling the box-office, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has taken a long due and well-deserved holiday. Akshay has been slogging away for the last four months, shooting his three action films ( Chandni Chowk To China , Blue and Kambakht Ishq ) alongside his TV show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’. He recently returned from LA after a film shoot and got busy in the promotion of ‘Singh Is Kinng’. 
Having met his professional commitments, the actor is now taking out time for his family. Along with his sweet wife Twinkle Khanna and son Aarav, Akshay has left for a vacation in Europe. To keep the media away, the superstar hasn’t disclosed his holiday destination. However, the vacation won’t last long. Within a week or two Akshay will return back to work. He will wrap up the shooting of Nikhil Advani’s ‘Chandni Chowk To China’. The film was all but complete, but a technical glitch appeared in some scenes and they need to be reshot. After that, Akshay will head to Bangkok for the second schedule of ‘Blue’. The film’s first schedule was shot in the Bahamas and had Akshay and Sanjay Dutt doing some daredevil stunts under water. Meanwhile back home, ‘Singh Is Kinng’ continues its good run at the box-office despite the release of two big films – Bachna Ae Haseeno and God Tussi Great Ho – on a long weekend.
