Salman has been mending some old fences lately. Those who thought Sallu could never get friendly with Abhishek Bachchan – the husband of Sallu’s ex-flame Aishwarya Rai – were proved wrong when Salman met Abhishek recently in the latter’s vanity van and had a chat for about half-an-hour. 
Not only did Salman and Abhishek get along well, Sallu even promised to make a painting of Abhi in his Drona makeover. The superstar hopes to complete the painting before the film’s release on October 2. Though Salman has opened a new chapter of friendship with Abhishek, the superstar is not willing to close the book of his animosity with SRK with whom he had a fight at Katrina Kaif ’s birthday. Recently, while shooting with Rani Mukherjee on his television show ‘Dus Ka Dum’, Salman refused to sing a song from SRK’s film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai when Rani asked him to. Sallu rather chose another song from a film starring him and Rani. Earlier in an interview, Salman had made it absolutely clear that there are two people he can never be friends with. The first is Vivek Oberoi and the second is SRK. Well, that’s the way with Salman. Once a friend, always a friend.
