The star, presently on the right side of forties, is growing from strength to strength despite his last release God Tussi Great Ho doing lamely at the box-office. He already has big movies like Yuvvraaj , London Dreams and Veer on hands. 
Now, he has clinched a big-budget flick to be produced by T-Series and directed by Anees Bazmee . The movie will be a romantic comedy with a musical backdrop. Reports have it that Salman will be paid a mammoth amount for the film. Though Bhushan Kumar of T-Series denies revealing Salman’s fee, he says the film will have a budget of around Rs. 100 crore and Salman will be paid what he deserves. Which is another way of saying that Sallu’s pay-cheque will have a good number of zeroes. Salman’s dates for the film have been booked from August 2009 onwards. However, work on the film’s music will start much earlier.
