Imran’s latest movie Kidnap may have opened to mixed reviews from critics, but the young actor has been praised for his performance and his jaw dropping stunts in the film. 
Now, Imran is raising the bar further in his next flick Luck in which he has shot some very risky stunts. One of the stunts reportedly has Imran swimming with sharks. The scene was shot in Durban, South Africa, in the chilly sea waters. A source from the film’s unit says even though the stunt was extremely risky, Imran refused to use a body double and insisted on doing it himself. He underwent a crash course in Scuba diving before doing the stunt. The actor reportedly had some minor problem with his oxygen tank while shooting underwater, but he managed to complete the stunt even though the sharks moved in too close for comfort. Recently, Akshay Kumar also shot a similar underwater stunt with sharks for director Anthony D’Souza’s film Blue . But Akshay has been doing such stunts for years (he swam with sharks in Aankhen as well) while Imran is just a new kid on the block. ‘Luck’ is directed by Soham Shah . The movie also stars Sanjay Dutt , Shruti Haasan and Neha Oberoi .
