HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Aamir Khan set to play Kishore Kumar20th Oct 2008 12.30 IST If things go well, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan might play the role of yesteryear's topmost singer Kishore Kumar in a biopic on the late singer. Percept Pictures Company is planning a film on Kishore Kumar and has approached Aamir Khan to play the lead role. Aamir, who is a self-confessed admirer of Kishore da, is presently reading the script and might give his nod to the project if he likes it. 
"I have been approached by Percept Pictures for the film on Kishore Kumar. They have asked me to play the role of Kishore Kumar. "But I am yet to complete reading the full script. If the script appears fresh and interesting I don't see any reason why I shall not do the film. I have been a great fan of Kishore Kumar. I have loved him both as a singer and an actor," Aamir is quoted as saying. Aamir is presently committed to Rajkumar Hirani's 3 Idiots after which he will get busy in the promotion of his next release Ghajini , which is set for Christmas release.
